XCamsmix is sold as a lifetime license per domain. Support exists to keep the platform operational as providers change. This page explains what is included, what is optional, and where the boundary is.
Included support (first year)
Provider API update maintenance for the supported providers set (up to 10). If a network changes behavior, we ship compatibility updates.
Stability fixes directly connected to provider ingestion and compatibility (not general feature requests).
Operator onboarding guidance: provider configuration, indexing posture, and a go-live checklist.
Support is designed for operators: keep revenue attribution correct, keep ingestion healthy, keep indexing stable.
Renewal (optional)
After the first year, support can be renewed optionally for $500/year (at our discretion). Renewal remains focused on provider integration health.
What support does not cover
- New providers beyond the supported set (quoted separately).
- Custom UI/theme work, bespoke templates, or brand redesigns (quoted separately).
- New features, business logic changes, or custom SEO workflows (quoted separately).
- Third-party hosting issues unrelated to the platform runtime.
